The model looks beautifully! I think that for this model of the building there will quite be enough textures the size 512x512 for _d _i _s _a
Don't use big textures(2048x2048) for small buildings :)

The file size is a mystery to me. I don't understand why stuff gets bigger when skylines packs them. But thanks.

Yes, it's a bit too big.. I was suprised about the size myself.
The texture sizes where planned as 1024² but I just forgot and accidentally made them 2048².
Next things I make will be smaller!

Right off the bat, I love the building, the grass on the balconies are amazing and I believe we need more buildings like that. I am a bit worried about the file size for the building of its size its a bit large, and I guess according to the comment below there is a problem with your prop. Overall great work keep it up! :D
