You need the More Beautification mod to place them in game.

Updated the assets with new LOD model that should fix the texture issue.

These look great! Seems there's something a little funky with the LOD texture though. Part of the fence looks like it should, but the rest seems stretched and very shiny. Picture here [i.imgur.com]
