@Fran Bow - my TV mod idea didn't come from the Fallout series. But rather it was often used by local TV Stations in my youth they would end the broadcast day with a waving American flag playing our national anthem then this screen would stay up till the next broadcast day began again. All back when our athem, flag and Indians was not taboo like some people try to make it be today.
