The collections file is fine, I have added other collections and I know how it works, but for some reason, this new one (the 12) doesn't want to read it or something, that's why I was asking if there was some limit that can be added.

I've not yet checked whether all is well now, but it will be so long as a mod can properly declare that it contains another mod and mods which depends on that other mod have their dependencies satisfied as a result. It should also be that a stand-alone mod is ignored when it's declared as included in another installed mod (if this isn't the case then that would be a bug in Starbound itself).
Even so, I'd still rather that FU depends on and does not include CCUI, though all else being well, I doubt that it'll impact much on what I do; as such, I will not insist on removal unless there is actual breakage. But I do see problems if another mod also bundles CCUI and is otherwise compatible with FU…
ive tried to start the collectable cards mod without this one, and it did instantly crash the game.
possibly FU aint updated yet on Steam-or Sayter just meant the custom collections which are included withing FU, not others.
Author would you please add this to the Discription if posible.

Followed by all the trophies.
When I pick one up, I get the collection for Monster Trophies radio message. Just can't see anything in the custom collection tab
