mod worked great for me until all the npcs arms and legs froze, some even started spinning like they were in an exorcist movie, had to uninstall sadly
Xyphurr 24. Aug. 2013 um 12:52
@Xiianil Gold duct tape. Someone make it. lol
Spawn 6. Juli 2013 um 5:34
I kinda liked it, until I realized it took down all the voices. Now while in a quest dialog, I need to stand 1 foot far from the person who's talking so I can understand any of it. You should have made the mod turn down only the spammer characters...
1 Watchman 24. Juni 2013 um 3:20
Subscribed to the mod, but still ended up slitting Nazeems throat in the marketplace in broad daylight just to shut him up. He He
Xiianil 24. Feb. 2013 um 12:56
...but duct tape is silver...
Jove 31. Jan. 2013 um 10:21
Love the idea, and think it's needed, but I still feel like this mod takes it too far. When I'm standing a natural distance away from people they remain silent.
Slinx 28. Jan. 2013 um 23:28
Bitl i think that happens because they start procesing that you're near before greeting you, so if the distance is reduced they start proccessing when you're right there thinking they have the time to proccess. the author should probablt think of that when they add/ fix things :)

I love it, but it seems too much reduced like the other version of this mod.
I stand right in front of NPC, wait up to 1 second and than NPC starts talking.
Anyone faced similar? Any ideas why?
Thanks in advance.
CountGiovanni 22. Okt. 2012 um 9:36
Love it.
KennyBall 19. Okt. 2012 um 6:50
Tank you, thank you, thank you, I almost go mad with all the npc talking to me, now imust go up in their face before they talk. this mod earn its place in my ultimate Skyrim list. http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=102316795 Did I say thank you? ;)
WaywardKrow 6. Okt. 2012 um 13:44
I like this one better than the "Reduced" version. This feels like a natural distance, and now I never get that annoying "Hey, bro! I know you're ten feet away from me, but stay and listen to the story of my people!".

Great mod! *thumb up*
GiantSpider 28. Sep. 2012 um 10:18
lol nazeem
GhostBlade 15. Sep. 2012 um 15:57
This mod was needed. Simple and awesome. Thank you.
TwoHungLow 29. Aug. 2012 um 23:07
this is by far one of the best mods I have on my list, there's nothing more annoying then walking into a bar and having every person talk to the great dragonborn with their emotional stories and comments. now I can just simply avoid them....thank you for this essential mod!
Viper217 17. Aug. 2012 um 17:24
Simple but highly effective mod, works like a charm and saves me a headache in cities, :D
Doozerpindan 9. Aug. 2012 um 3:38
It does work with Dawnguard, I have the mod and the dlc, and you have no idea how glad I am this mod exists. The inhabitants of Riverwood and Whiterun are grateful, too :p
Cipscis  [Autor] 3. Aug. 2012 um 16:41
@Abaddon: I don't have Dawnguard myself, but considering how this mod has been implemented I see no reason to expect it to be incompatible. It should still work just as well with Dawnguard installed.
Fairy On Acid 3. Aug. 2012 um 6:19
Is this compatible with dawnguard?
Bryanonymous 16. Juli 2012 um 2:08
I've added this awesome mod to my collection:

Do you get to the cloud district very oft--- Stop right there Nazeem! I go to that damn castle all the time, but I dont see YOU and your redgaurd ass anywhere near even the stairs that go up to Dragons Reach, so dont go jerking around these streets thinking anyone gives a skeevers ass about what you, so help me if you ask one more time, i'll run you through so hard, your insides will be seen in the "cloud district!"
JT_ 2. Juni 2012 um 18:01
@ dafoose The Cloud District (If I remember correctly) is the whole area the big castle thingy. You know, where Jarl Balgruff lives. Nazeem likes to insult you by implying you're too unworthy of ever going near this place, even though the player does many many times.
hellcat5 2. Juni 2012 um 8:27
I didn't intend to take anything from you. Our mod types are very dissimilar. I haven't met you in the Creation Kit chat room helping other modders, nor have I seen to my knowledge any videos you've given to the community listed here http://www.creationkit.com/Video_Tutorials so I'm not sure how I'd know about what you've done to share your knowledge. I'm sure you're a great guy. I didn't mean to offend you with my post. If you have any programming questions please let me know. Also, I have no issue with someone posting a nice mod to mine to help it become known. So many decent mods get passed over because of the swamp out there. I'd LOVE to see any tutorials you've done! Again, I wish you the best.
Cipscis  [Autor] 2. Juni 2012 um 6:06
Believe me, hellcat5, I'm all about supporting the modding community. I'd hope that would be the first thing another modder would know about me - it's what I spend most of my time doing.

I encourage others to take advantage of my knowledge, and to help others in a similar way. However, that's not what you were doing. You were leeching off the success of others. That's closer to stealing than support. I hope you learn from this, so that next time I see you I might be impressed by your actions instead.
dafoose 1. Juni 2012 um 10:15
. . .what is the cloud district?
hellcat5 1. Juni 2012 um 0:41
@ Cipspis - I meant no offense to you by telling people my mod exists. Whe should support each other's work, not bash each other. Great job by the way. I'm sorry I offended you by posting my message on your mod. Terribly sorry, didn't mean any offense. I hope you have a great day and evening.

"Do you get to the Cloud District often? Oh what am I saying, of course you don't."
Damnit Nazeem I can actually SEE that place from Whiterun. Prick.
Overtone 20. Apr. 2012 um 14:58
Thanx ! For one of the BEST mods ever! :)
Ithaldir 11. Apr. 2012 um 18:36

Monti0 1. März 2012 um 14:42
THANK YOU!
I am so sick of:
"Listen, I am telling you a huge secret and I hope no-one overhears us. The 32709 damage sword of kickass is hidden in the..."
"HI. I LIKE BUNNIES! MY TOES ALL HAVE NAMES! WHY IS CHEESE YELLOW! LOL!"
"... and then you have found the item ever!"
Captain Amazing 29. Feb. 2012 um 13:07
This version is the perfect goldilocks zone distance. The other version forces you to literally bump into NPCs before they acknowledge your existence.
President John Henry Eden 29. Feb. 2012 um 11:01
Great mod made my game so much more enjoyable thanks.
Gate Andara 28. Feb. 2012 um 6:02
Wonderful, thank you!
Veedash ツ ☻ 14. Feb. 2012 um 7:51
Works! TY ;)
Headhanger 13. Feb. 2012 um 14:25
Subtle, but effective.
Majerus 12. Feb. 2012 um 16:28
Works just right, doesn't mess with quests, keeps the idiotic chatter down. Perfect!
Theodore 11. Feb. 2012 um 19:37
Easily one of the best skyrim mods yet.
Rainman Slim 11. Feb. 2012 um 3:38
THANK YOU!
sometimes i'm stalking an NPC to kill, sneaking in the shaddows, my bow at the ready, preparet to take his life then..."
"QUITE A CHILL IN THE AIR TONIGHT"
SHUT THE F-UCK UP NPCs!!
Duine Sidhe 9. Feb. 2012 um 15:50
Great mod.

"Silence may be golden, but my sword is silver."
Risu 9. Feb. 2012 um 6:30
I actually prefer this version to "reducen distance", as in the other one I had to bump the person to talk to me. I like this better, they still greet you, but won't stop very far away just to tell you the same thing over and over.
Axeface 9. Feb. 2012 um 0:34
Thanks!
Smite 8. Feb. 2012 um 18:46
You know what's wrong with the world? Everyone's obsessed with death.
Legacy 7. Feb. 2012 um 21:35
Thank you for this, I don't mind NPC greetings, but what I do mind is a NPC walking past you while you are already in a conversation and it starts to overshadow that conversation.

Good job :)
overlay 7. Feb. 2012 um 14:39
Changes it from 150.0 to 90.0, for those interested. Pretty nifty. Decrease in random chatter is noticable.
