I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))

Fajny asset, jednak byłoby milo jakby droga byla na jednym poziomie. Probowalem nawet z touch this poprawic ale jednak sie nie da.

Here is Hotel Forum looking out of place just outside of my municipal airport (even the landscaping couldn't help spruce this up!). I love assets that allow traffic to pass underneath, but the City Council said that it has to go. I'll keep the simulation paused for a few more hours so the demolition crew cannot get its work done. :)

This building has transformed the hotel area outside of my municipal airport into a slum. The City Council in emergency session this evening voted unanimously to raze the hotel literally only minutes after I plopped it into existence. On a side note, if you want another really depressing hotel to model for CS, I'd suggest the now former Holiday Inn in Liege, Belgium. That was possibly the most depressing facility I've stayed at in my 48 years.
