Ok, checked again and it seems to be working now! Both props and RICO version :)

I was sure I did that, I only used the props I uploaded myself in the Starbucks pack. I'm not sure what's going on then.

I tested it, and unfortunately it doesn't. There is a trick for uploading props for your assets, but I'm not exactly sure what it is (it has something to do to subscribing to your own props before uploading the asset, but don't hold my word for it). You should be able to find the tips though

Please download Starbucks prop pack , it should work now for both assets.

Great model, but for some reason it doesn't appear in the RICO tab for me. Also, the tables don't appear in the park version.

I like a few trees in my city, but as you said, it's very simple to remove them in the editor, so I just used my personal preference. I didn't want to upload without trees since that would mean 2 more assets (park and RICO).

May I ask - why only this version with trees?)
As for me - I like treeless plots as I use custom ones from workshop and usually have to remake many assets.
