You know the theme that plays at the outpost? Could you make a mod that has it also play on planets like it used too?

Can we have this simply ADD these songs to the playlist instead of replace? To me, the more music variety, the better. Don't want to lose any, nor be locked into a small setlist....

This has been done because the tracks have been experimental, and aren't officially used in the game yet. They are a part of the OST though, and thay're amazing. Thanks for this.

never mind about my previous comment, i later learned that the music is stored in the planet file so i needed to go to a new planet and it works! :steamhappy:

@Honey Tabby Largo (Rxj), the tech courses uses a music called "Desert_Battle2" if I'm not mistaking and yes, it was a remix which was an unused combat song that was supposed to play when you were battling on desert planets

I think that Desert Exploration 2 is a remix of, or the same music that plays during the tech courses.

does this still work? cause i got the mod and it didnt play any songs no matter how many times i re-beamed for a different song.

make only an update of this mod to fix it (i listen the music in a wikia) and yes DE2 is better for this biome i think O-o

Yeah I saw your comment, I realised that after I made the mod public but they are still called desert_exploration but are not in the desert music selection :/. I will edit the descriptions for the mods, thanks for the heads-up though.

Desert Exploration 2 wasn't removed. It is heard on heigher teir volcanic/barren worlds and such. I also posted on your ocean world replacer that one of the songs was also played on these worlds. I think many of the music was moved for a better effect on different environments.

These mods are used with the main game on Steam. If you need the unoffical versions, check out Nexus Mods or Chucklefish fourms for mods.
