You know, combining RICO and Sub-Buildings Enabler, you could actually make this functionally offices + residential, not just in flavor :)

very nice.Im using it.
if I may suggest for a potential V2.0, is to add details to the main floor (doors, etc) and make windows smaller (AKA have more floors)

Would you like to try on creating the Hemsley Building that is located north of the Metlife building on Manhattan in New York City. If you are able to levitate the road from north to south. This is kind of the same idea.

Looks great! But I think you should make some more buildings for its sides to make it more realistic. Again it lokks great and very good lighting :)
