@Chaos234 probably missing a descriptor file or you're subscribed, but the mod left your disk for some reason. unsubscribe/resubscribe often fixes, but the launcher can sometimes have significant lag so you might need to wait 5 minutes before resubscribing.

@Chaos234 seems like a you problem. Mod works fine for me and there is literally no reason for this mod not to work. It's just images. I went in and updated the descriptor.mod to say version 3.0.x and that's probably all the creator will do too. Honestly this mod should never need an update.

It is already updated for 2.8. Game doesn't use many of the icons anymore. But the ones it does use like slave icons should still show as changed to blue.
My guess is maybe you haven't loaded the mod correctly. As they changed the launcher a bit a few patches ago so you have to set up a mod set.

It should work with most versions over 2.0+ish. You will probably get a lil version mismatch warning if you try to run it with an older version. But you can safely ignore that warning.

Think I've explained this before. But it's not possible to have a separate color for recently conquered. As that is a pop modifier (which it even says in your pic). And all pop modifiers share the same icon.

Is there anyway that we can get an icon for recently conquered now that this is in the game? It is just showing a blue icon on the top left of each pop. Love this mod by the way. It is essential for me and it is appreciated!
