That's a CS:GO bug on dedicated servers. If you enter the map on a listen server with "surf_666" in console you should be able to see everything while in the void.

Each and every surf ramp was made into source engine models with a modified version of vbsp called propper, created by Carl Foust (cfoust13). Convex ramp collisons in were substituted with world brushes made with the clip texture within hammer to prevent ramp bugs. We were also required to keep the Physics VBSP limit low, as to prevent ramp glitches. This is an interaction we have discovered, and pioneered with the creation of this map, and have dubbed it the "Phurix Effect". If you want to refer to ramp glitches caused by high physics values in a map, you are to call them "Phurixes". Thank You.
