Hi there, also curious if this can be updated when 4.0 comes out? The Ultra Dreadnought mod might get updated and this is a required mod at present, if you're able to let me know that's appreciated!

@Maple you could at the very least put the word "ABANDONED' in the mod title then. So people know that it isn't going to be updated anymore.

My bad, it's "outliner.gui" just like @perma_tilted said. I don't know why I wrote "overlay"... Sorry for the misleading information, I wish I could edit my original post.
The file is found in <mod_folder>/interface/outliner.gui.
