If yoyu start as humans you still get talpha centuri and sirius as continental planets.

Yeah it sucks, sadly no way I can fix it since this mod has to overwrite the starter system file rather than add to it. It is though pretty easy to modify other mods to include the same change. Could probably through up a discussion post with instructions if anyone is interested.

If you play with a pre-scripted starting system such as Sol you'll also get Sol's pre-scripted neighbours.

As for mod compatibility sadly that's not something I can change, this mod removes lines from files rather than adding them so the only way to remove starting colonies from other mods is to directly modify that mod.

Lol for some reason humanity is scripted to get ideal planets nearby. Cause when i start for random race or choose another - there are no ideal planets nearby. :(
Can you fix that somehow?

I did originally have the Sol and Deneb systems in- however a lot of people requested they didn't want them part of the mod so I opted to remove them. The way I see it is that they're already pre-scripted locations so it made sense to leave their specific starting neighbours (Sol always has Alpha Centauri nearby, for example... I think)

why not add sol and deneb start? when sol generates in a game, as it usually does, do they get suitable planets near them?

Aaaaaand it's updated, sorry guys haven't played for ages and very busy with real life stuffs. Some funky new stuff in the file (empire cluster flags?), so I'm not sure whether this mod will have new side effects. Let me know if you find anything!

Thanks for updating. Another mod similar to this broke the Sol system on the latest patch and I have nowhere else to turn for unbiased starts!
