we are wroking on 2 giant mods that bring the older TES games to the Skyrim engine (morrowind and oblivion). we are currently looking for more modders to join the team and we need people who have experience with 3dsmax and can rig we also need freehand artists who can paint using psd templates. we currently could use allot of help with clothing and armor and you seem to have experience with that :)

It says that it increases armor rating by "mag" points and negates up to mag points of spell damage or effects for 60 seconds.
No, the mod is finished as it is and I won't be changing anything about it anymore.

Varies for each amulet. The Teeth are constant, the rest adds a castable.

Are you using any body replacer mods? Also what character race are you using?
Not at the moment no, since Skyrim doesn't really have an equipment slot for belts.
I would like to experiment with this some time later though and if it's in any way possible, I'll make it.
