ставишь арку из RICO или Find It, с помощью Move It двигаешь её на нужное место, ну и сквозь арку ходят люди. В общих словах так

This is not RICO enabled and is only found in game a s a park, All others in this series are all RICO enabled, please check and fix.

Seems like it doesn't work. Peds don't use the arch. But you can make it work with this
