If your talking about it not firing then you aren't doing it right, you need to hold down the shoot button until it fires.

for some reason i lag a lot whenever i shoot the weapon so i cant really enjoy it. also it shows an error thing so do i need anything for this addon?

Really good! Only problem I see is that the charge and fire sound play after the charge is finished and the laser is actually shot. Perfect besides that!
