I believe the map will nomralize over time and while 10 pop up instgantly, they do get replaced by other buildings and soon your city looks good. I agree with you and so why I started this series. Enjoy my new friend!

Sorry, I was confusing Themes Manager. That has the frequency setting. Alas, not too many Tourist Assets on the workshop this size.

Hello SkiRich, there is no actuall setting for Frequency so the trick is to subscribe to more of this type of asset to balance out the placement. The game placing of these buildings is random. If you can fix it yourself, please let us all know how you do it? Cool?

Frequency of asset is set too high. Literally I zoned a block of Tourism and the whole block was 10 Williams buildings.. Had to unsub. Please fix. I guess I could download it and fix it myself into a custom private asset as well.

Thanks for the quick fix! I did the unsub/load/resub method just in case and it got rid of the Load failure. Also can confirm fix worked on the DT version:

All assets subscribed are spawn annoying :) Ever notice there are ten flex gyms in a city block? Thank you for your letting me know you like this that much!

Great, I use it a lot in the suburbs, and the central area, with all the unique buildings, in the city center. Making a theme with only the brew pubs and marking off a 4x4 square with low density commercial, to get this asset to spawn is annoying. :)

I have never played with RICO... because not everyone uses it... I will do some reading however.

Can you pleeeaase make a RICO version of these two?

My save isn't 100% atm because Loading Screen mod isn't updated. But I'll check later.

You get more odd issues then anyone I know... I don't believe it is the asset, but I will look at the settings to make sure my frien.

one is downtown and one is tourism and so you have you choice, downtown or tourism or both.

What's the difference between this and the other one with Downtown in the title? They appear identical.
