It's good, the theme looks nice, cliff texture is a lot better than the default. If you don't mind can I just give you a couple of pointers? There's no directional water flow in the sea. How I get around this is to place water spawners at the edge of the map but drag them all the way down, that way they suck up water and pull the water towards it which creates flow. Also, one of the highway junctions is only connected on one side, meaning a long detour for cims.
Not a problem for me as take all maps i play into the map editor before I start to play to add extra connections, but it might annoy some people.
Really nice map though.

Just wondering why I would need Snowfall? I have the free update with the theme editor so thats not the issue. Shame, as I would really like to use this map.
