Dunno if you have seen this, but this reddit thread shows how to get rid of unecessary files in XCOM 2 mods that only make it harder to load:

The only problem I have with this mod is the naming of the bandanas being just a number. Had to unsubscribe just because of that.

Im having a little bit of technical problems right now but I should have this updated with the female set sometime tomorrow. After that I'll work on adding in any requested bandanas that are in the comments.
