I will bet on that it´s not.
I sorted it out putting some big decorative stones instead of water, but every golfers knows that somewhere in a golf course, must be a ball eating water pond... :-)
So, may be you could design new holes with an integrated pond. If you want to try, you could just start with n. 2, 9 and 11 at least. Those curved fairways totally need to turn around a pond ;-)
BTW, the course looks very well ! I was able to make a great course even without ponds, sad we can't attach pictures to comment.
