Oh, I forgot to mention. Make sure you have one of each level and size activated, so for example, this house is a 4x4 level 5. So make sure there is one at each level of 4x4 houses. I have level 5s for each size here, so that when your city is at its highest level, these will appear and stay as your final houses.

(and it would be low density residential for these houses, not commercial leisure as in the example, but I'm sure you get the concept). Hope it helped!

Hi Hazy37, there sure is! The Building Themes by District mod is fantastic and allows you total control over what houses spawn where. So, if you want just a neighborhood of only one special set of buildings, you create your own theme, make a district, and under the extra tab the mod adds to policies, you click your new theme! Cool eh? Here is that mod: http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=466158459
And to help you see an example, I made a set of After Dark buildings that all fit together like puzzle pieces. You would do the same as the instructions on the following link, except you would activate only buildings with "Paradise" in their names instead of these Promenade ones. You will see in the instructions how well that mod works! Enjoy! http://sp.zhabite.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/565472070/487876474227360610/

can you control where these houses grow? i no there is a way to create specific areas within a city. these houses would look good in a seaside development. is there a certain theme mod that is needed? the houses look great!!
