@fan1234: It produces water (hence the "Pumping capacity" stat in the description). Basically, it's a big water tower that needs a road connection. It pumps water out of the ground.

does this produce water or do you have to connect it to pump

I want to recommend to everyone getting all variants of this building:
2x large sized versions (look different)
1 Med
1 Small sized building.

Thank you very much: Keep in note, this doubles as a water tower, so no water tower is needed next to it!

@PAN NEZNAMY: No, as some people prefer decorated buildings, and that's how this one always looked. You can get the other version linked in the description or you can use mods like Prop It Up or Prop Switcher to remove unwanted props. :)

can you remove that parking stuff beton? this building is in basic small.... you just add there anoying stuff no one want
Avanya  [autor] 7 ENE 2020 a las 11:57
@Char: Yup, with Prop It Up. If your RAM usage is high, make sure to save before removing props with the mod as the increased RAM usage can crash the game. You will need to enable extreme mode if you want to remove the parking lots too.
Char 7 ENE 2020 a las 11:49
Anyway to remove the props around the building? Trying to include this in a larger build.

@Appa: No it isn't. I'm using this myself and it's pumping away happily. If it isn't working, then check the pipe connection and mods you're using. The asset works, so it's something else causing your problem.

Pumping capacity ingame is : 0 :(

Thank you very much and no worries - it's never too late for a thumbs up, so it'll be easier for others to find too. Glad to hear you enjoy it. ^^

Goes unsaid unfortunately, but love your work man, my apology for not rating or commenting enough. I use this station in a lot of my cities. Very familiar looking, easy to add clarifiers, details, etc. GW!

yes, okay stupid 64 Prop limit. . .
I hope which is soon raised this limit.
Then I will completely just fence in the building.
Thanks for the quick answer. :-)
Avanya  [autor] 2 FEB 2017 a las 15:02
Totally agree! But I hit the 64 prop limit for an asset, which is why it's left like this. The mods More Beautification and Prop & Tree Anarchy will let you finish the fence though. :)
user 2 FEB 2017 a las 14:57
A nice and sensible building!
But why is it not fenced in then completely?
This looks better and more realistic.
kreaturen 22 ENE 2016 a las 16:08
Ok. That's sounds like a reasonable number. Thanks for answering :)

@dk101: Tyvm ^^ I believe it's one of Macwelshman's uk houses. If you like the style then you should definately check out his stuff as he's got alot. :)

@Eistein: Oh, I don't remember the specific number, but I think it's around 30 people. I set it to employ quite a few people as I imagine the building has offices as well as a lab to test water quality. You can always load it up in the asset editor and check/edit the numbers if you'd prefer it differently. :)
kreaturen 22 ENE 2016 a las 9:39
Love it, but I'm curious... How many does it employ? And (I guess) also why does it employ so many?
dk101 22 ENE 2016 a las 7:08
This is great! I love the whole set. Fantastic work.

May I ask where you got the English style detached house in the right hand side of the second picture?

Cheers!
