My thinking with the roof props is that engineering buildings tend to start out nice, but get messy over the years as various projects, labs, etc. occur in and around the building.

I like what you've done with this asset, but I have to say I'm not a fan of the props on the roof, they look kinda messy and don't fit in with the aesthetic of the building.

Also, I found that if you have a mod like Road Anarchy and use it do disable collisions, the buildings in the 101 collection really work well when they are joined together, so maybe you can do something interesting with that.
