@Angelhearth no tree with a hint of rock? I take it you've never seen the Sierras. Or other such similar mountain ranges.

This mod works correctly but the other Tree Brush mod don't work.

Anyone know how to get this thing working? Subscribed but brushing on trees still works the original way...

What a time saver! Should have looked for a mod like this earler before planting hundreds of trees on slopes manually. Thanks a lot.
Angelhearth 15 mei 2018 om 2:41
What I really miss, in the map editor and the game itself, is the possibility to adjust the limit of the slope where trees can be placed. I actually need the opposite of what it seems this mod does, I'm much stricter in where a tree can be placed. If the slope is so great that there's just a hint of rock, there should be no tree there. I used to go through the map, manually, before starting to play, to remove all the incredibly crazy placed trees, but it's too much of a job. Now that I've started making my own maps, I really miss a mod that can do this, as there are plenty of other things to use your time on, when making maps.

This mod works in C:S 1.6.0 (a.k.a. Natural Disasters)

@Jelibon I don't understand what you mean by 'like this'. this mod removes slope restriction from tree brush. I don't think that can be related to props floating in the air in any way.
Accapulco 4 nov 2016 om 6:02
Is there a way you could make a mod like this but with a toggle for props? Half of my props are always floating in the air because of terrain and I can't lower them with moveit.

Just wanted to say a quick thanks for all your hard work. I am using a plethora of your mods to help recreate my home town in the UK. Everything works as it should and they are all extrememly useful. So, thanks again!
DRen72 18 feb 2016 om 22:40
Yep, that was it. Thanks!!!
DRen72 18 feb 2016 om 20:43
Thanks, you know it may be the tree brush. Going to use your tools now and try again.

@DRen72 I've double checked this mod and it works. It might be some other failing mod blocking this one from loading, or invalid steam cache.
DRen72 18 feb 2016 om 11:07
Will you be updating this for Snowfall? Seems broken at the moment. It's one of my "essentials"
Breeze 26 nov 2015 om 0:51
Thank you friendly advice. I'll check it
BloodyPenguin  [auteur] 25 nov 2015 om 22:24
@Breeze I've never seen such logs before and it doesn't tell me a thing. I experience issues with updating mods from time to time. Re-verifying of game cache integrity helps.

Requests for help from you.
I made a mistake when updating files.

I'll tell you my mistake. Press the Update button. Open the folder. Erase the file. Place the new file. (New name)
The file disappears from the content manager. So I can not update. There are files on my computer (the new name)

Is this a bug? Or is it my mistake? Is there any way?

@mark.design.drean This official guide [www.skylineswiki.com] can be a good starting point to learn C:S modding

@BloodyPenguin So how should we change the code in side the game and make it as mod? cos i have some knowledge about code. right now the road limit ruin my game. like u said. maybe its not possible to unlock some limit. but at least increase limit......
BloodyPenguin  [auteur] 20 nov 2015 om 4:18
@mark.design.drean No it's not possible to unlock such kind of limits. But CO did a great job by increasing bulding limit 1.5 times in C:S 1.2.2.
mark.design.drean 20 nov 2015 om 3:10
is that possible to unlock some others limits? such as building count limit?

Can you make a mod that disables tree spawning limit?
Meteor Daddy 17 nov 2015 om 6:57
I love you. I wanna propose . no gayshit... :D
Blackdragonbird 16 nov 2015 om 3:41
@BloodPenguin. Great work man. Will be very usefull.

Same complain of @Roq. Please, make the pencil tool have a spacing configuration.

Cya.
Breeze 16 nov 2015 om 1:35
I'll make a real mountain. :)
MrMaison 15 nov 2015 om 0:22
Excellent! Thanks!
MrMiyagi 15 nov 2015 om 0:18
My head just exploded. XD This is fantastic!! Thank you so much for working on this
Janito 14 nov 2015 om 19:43
Why not just add this to the "default" mod? (Or have some option so we could activate or disable the option. :hardhat:
boformer 14 nov 2015 om 16:08
It is always "possible".

over at my Simtropolis city journal Twin Rivers Region [community.simtropolis.com] and now you do this!

All kidding aside, Wow! Thanks!! Thumbs up! Favorited!

Would it be possible to make the distance between trees planted with the brush configurable? Just asking.
Roq 14 nov 2015 om 14:49
You could have read my mind! You practically havre to hand place every tree on a really mountainous map... Now if the tree pencil didn't behave like a rapid fire machine gun and lay down 10 trees on top of each other, that would be neat too :).
Katalepsis 14 nov 2015 om 14:05
awesome, thanks BloodyPenguin. Was looking forward to this.
knighthawkGP 14 nov 2015 om 13:31
sweet... DRen72 put this request in with me for Unlimited Trees a while ago, been sitting in my to-do queue, it's much better as a seperate mod and now I don't have to bother! Maps are gonna look much sweeter now, thanks to BloodyPenguin. @MrMiyagi will probably like this as well, saves from doing the build moutain flatten, place trees, then undo trick in the editor to accomplish things.
DRen72 14 nov 2015 om 13:09
Many Thanks. I'd been hoping someone would create this.
HatsuneKid 14 nov 2015 om 11:03
oh yeah ,my mountain can become green! thx
