love the detail with the 3d model in the preview not many creators do that but the ones that do I love personally.

Very nice aesthetic look, however, keep in mind the graphic sprite animations of the cims running around the field is something, you usually only find in the vanilla DLCs from the Skylines company. But that's OK because a lot of programming goes into animations.

This building is fantastic.

Great design! It needs to be accessable by people, though. Fill those bleachers, have people run the tracks! Otherwise it's really good.
