Then look at my asset in the asset editor to see what I changed them to.
Crazyglueit 14 ian. 2016 la 19:58
How do you get it in the public transportation tab?
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 14 ian. 2016 la 7:55
Eventually

hi i wonder if you gonna continue the parking lot series .

Greetings, I'm glad I came across your work! I'm just getting into the game myself and was not happy with many of the parking lots on the workshop (personal preference), so I made a modular set of my own. They are very plain, no props, but they all line up nicely and may be useful as a base for someone with your talents. Keep up the good work!

It would be great if you'd make a new category for parking so everything didn't go into parks. Forkboy22 did it by accident for his AD parking lot lights so know it can be done.

Blue spaces are handicap or disabled people. They have a blue sticker and they place it once they park in that spot.
Hawk Tuah 30 oct. 2015 la 10:46
baronjutter may be talking about the screenshot that shows the blue outlines of the invisible parking space props. If so, those aren't actually visible in the game. The Handicap blue spaces are visible.
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 30 oct. 2015 la 10:07
That is common in America.
baronjutter 30 oct. 2015 la 10:05
I've never seen blue parking like that before, where is it common?
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 30 oct. 2015 la 9:42
Thanks glad you all like it. @Armandeus that is a good idea and I will probably do some of those in the future. The reason I do parks though is because you can have larger more realistic sizes than a limited 4x4 square.
Hawk Tuah 29 oct. 2015 la 19:39
@Armandeus, I have some of those in this collection. They are parking lots but grow as commercial. Although I could probably create a few more.

Armandeus 29 oct. 2015 la 19:26
How about making parking lots into commercial lots? Put pay gates at the entrance and exit. Ground level lots can be low-density, and high rise parking can be high-density. That way we don't have to lump them in with parks, and they can be set to grow in zones on their own. I searched for such lots, but only found one or two. Everyone else wants parking to be like tourist parks for some reason.
Hawk Tuah 29 oct. 2015 la 18:39
I went ahead and moved all my parking lots and garages to the same location.
Atys 29 oct. 2015 la 18:13
Your paint isn't very fresh.
Cool stuff, like usual :)
Benny Beanpicker (NL) 29 oct. 2015 la 17:05
i see you changed it i hope forkboy will follow tooo
Crimson Sky Dux 29 oct. 2015 la 17:04
where to get that lamps prop?
Liamcarr10 29 oct. 2015 la 16:24
nice job
Hawk Tuah 29 oct. 2015 la 16:02
@Termite, my lights are now moved to a different location so hopefully don't conflict anymore.
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 29 oct. 2015 la 15:55
Ok I just changed the location to there to keep is simple.
Termite 29 oct. 2015 la 15:38
The cargo parks in the transport toolbar do not conflict with the mod. Nice lots they are too, I have some of them in my harbour at the moment. Nice that you did them so they don't disappear when you zoom out.
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 29 oct. 2015 la 15:34
Termite, does my cargo parks break the mod? I might just put my parking lots there what I already have my cargo lots. Under public transportation and then Large Roads.
Termite 29 oct. 2015 la 15:24
@ forkboy22 lights does the same thing. He has them under a light icon in parks. I had to un sub them as the tree brush is just too good to lose. I already spoke to @BloodyPenguin about it, you will see my comment and his answer on his mods workshop page.
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 29 oct. 2015 la 15:18
hmm, well I will ask Bloodypenguin about that.
Termite 29 oct. 2015 la 15:16
Just thought you might like to know that the place you have them listed breaks the tree brush in BloodyPenguins resource tools mod. I think it will stop a lot of players subscribing to the parks.
Benny Beanpicker (NL) 29 oct. 2015 la 15:10
i agree your place is better i will talk to him
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 29 oct. 2015 la 15:00
Well you will have to talk to him about that, I don't plan on moving my lot to another place. I like where it is under parks and beautification with a roads icon, he has his under transport with a tree icon.
Benny Beanpicker (NL) 29 oct. 2015 la 14:54
hi i like that you have a own icon for parking lots but forkboy22 alrdy did this link over here http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=502449333 could you and forkboy work togheter so all parkin lots are under same icon i would like that . ty
templeofdoom 29 oct. 2015 la 14:06
Yah I hear you. I also find that facing them toward the road in the right way can be a pain. I thought the road had a radius of coverage so to speak but apparently the front of the building ( even fully ploppable) sometimes gives me guff if it's not exactly on the road. Anyways, looking forward to seeing the other installments.
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 29 oct. 2015 la 14:00
It is snappable. I'm not a big fan of ploppable lots because of the limited rotation. I plan on doing all my parking lots as snappables.
templeofdoom 29 oct. 2015 la 13:47
Ah good to know and nice work on those lamp posts. They look really good. I tried to make some custom lamp posts for my pier and they ended up sitting on the tops of them a bit awkwardly. Not big enough of an issue for me to go back in and spend 8 hours fixing, but for the next asset I create that has those I'll take a look at how you did these a bit and your basic sizing so the lamp props fit better. :)

Are these snappable? What are your thoughts on full ploppable lots? Sometimes I have a lot that needs to go into an area that I just can't draw roads to snap to. Anyways, through my searching I've seen almost all the lots as snappable and barely any are ploppable for those oddball fits.
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 29 oct. 2015 la 13:43
Also I find it best to place light props during the day so you can see exactly where the ends of the lights are.
Leo Mystic Magic  [autor] 29 oct. 2015 la 13:43
I did model the lights, They just happened to be the right size afterwards and the prop fit perfectly on the ends. I wish we had a better way for lighting though so I could make it look like it was coming out of the square instead of the end. It looks pretty good overall though and I'm happy with the result.
templeofdoom 29 oct. 2015 la 13:32
Did you model those T-lights shroom? If so what was the trick to getting the light props so flush? Looks great!
