@ExecutableFiles - Yes, this train is only the "American Midwest" locomotive. Other trains have the other railroads. Use Advanced Vehicle Options to prevent the vanilla train from spawning.

Is the KCS livery the only one that's supposed to appear or should the liveries be random? In my city the only livery that is showing up is the KCS one but none of the other liveries show up. I've also noticed that, mainly with trains that spawn at the station, the default train still appears. Is that supposed to happen as well?
