Possibility to have persistent view ?
gadafix 23 SEP 2016 a las 2:41
@fadster how hard would it be to make the topographic info view persistent?

@pixels gone wild No worries, would you consider removing your negative rating? Thanks.

Ah, my mistake. I misunderstood the intent
fadster  [autor] 30 MAY 2016 a las 6:39
@pixels gone wild The topographic info view is not meant to be persistent. What you're seeing is normal behaviour. The mod is only meant to give you access to a view which would otherwise only be available in the map editor. Perhaps you could've waited for my reply before giving it a negative rating! :)

Doesn't appear to be working. Alt-t will bring up the topographic map view but doing so reverts the cursor to normal. Clicking on the road tool will cause the regular road view, with no contour lines

@Gfurst Alright thanks!
Gfurst 24 FEB 2016 a las 19:02
@fadter yeah kinda,
actually not sure, it didn't work for a while, only last time I tried was successful,
will let you know if it keeps happening
fadster  [autor] 24 FEB 2016 a las 10:13
@Gfurst What do you mean, the hotkey no longer works?
Gfurst 24 FEB 2016 a las 9:57
hey, just want to say this mod is a must for building on very slopey terrain
I'm issue getting the view since the last update, anyone else been noticing this?

@harpoonz Sorry for the late reply, I'll look into it!

Is there any way to change it from the purple shades? Or at least make the purples easier to read and understand? Those colours are so hard to interpret...

If you do have a look at the Atlas mod, it uses yellows/browns. I found those much easier to understand? (I'm not saying the Atlas mod is better! It seems to take up quite a bit more memory blocks. Just asking if we can change the colour ONLY :) )

@Gfurst Thanks! I don't know if it's an improvement over the Atlas mod as I haven't tried it myself. From the comments, it seems it had an issue with proper alignment of contour lines with terrain. It was my intention to take over the mod as its author is no longer maintaining it, but I never got around to it. This is partly why I didn't continue working on this mod (eg. adding the button). I'll take a look at the Atlas mod again and get back to you shortly.

Nice one, does this improve in any way with the Atlas mod view?
And please a button would be really nice, maybe you could fit in the infograph section of the UI

@FR!TZ-FANTOM Glad you like it! I'm going to try to update it with a button soon.
FRITZ_FANTOM 3 SEP 2015 a las 6:09
finally!!!! I've been waiting forver for this mod!!
thanks a lot
fadster  [autor] 31 AGO 2015 a las 13:29
@slincoln_wx Yeah there are some strange design decisions here and there. Glad you like it!
slincoln_wx 31 AGO 2015 a las 12:55
Nice idea. I've always wondered why they didn't have this in-game. When I'm trying to make roads in high relief areas it would be helpful.
fadster  [autor] 28 AGO 2015 a las 11:00
I might make a button for it actually.
fadster  [autor] 28 AGO 2015 a las 10:54
omg you are so demanding sheesh
bigheadjer 28 AGO 2015 a las 7:14
Can you make the keyboard shortcut configurable? I have Alt-T bound to something else already and it's hard to un-train my brain.
fadster  [autor] 27 AGO 2015 a las 8:52
Oh and yes, I agree about the button, this was just a quick'n'dirty job :D
fadster  [autor] 27 AGO 2015 a las 8:52
Oooh I wasn't aware of this mod. I made this one for a friend, initially hadn't planned on releasing it. Well then, yeah, I guess it'll have to be me :)
BloodyPenguin 27 AGO 2015 a las 8:42
Looks like @Bobble looked for someone to take over his mod's development. You can tell him it's you :)
BloodyPenguin 27 AGO 2015 a las 8:40
Hi! Does it have any differences from Cities Atals other than controls? IMO, it would be great do add an icon to the Info views panel for better usability.
