it's from gamemaps someone else created it and I ported it as an extra weapon along side the frying pan to give more emersion

@Ferretsshadow & All : After reverse engineering the mod and testing it, I couldn't find a issue. The "True RNG" works, I get a different IV bag (Blood Type) every map. ;)
