Very nice, but its not working.
trucks come out, but no train in near. No Trucks drive in and no train comes out.

It's just a park that a train can pass through, best you could do is place it next to a cargo terminal. You currently can't edit cargo terminals for trains or harbors and CO is aware of it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. :)

This specific asset I created from scratch.. All I had to do for the other stuff was subscribe to the asset. Load it in the editor and re-save it with custom thumbnails and tooltip images.
