About texture: yes, I've noticed this error and always try to darken my textures now. After DLC realese I'm going to update some of my buildings (and convert new) and I will patch the texture!

@BloodyPenguin but they are. They are to low (3 floors) to being built near that large row buildings. Besides all it's more realistic But may be I will try to adopt them to HD

Wow! Have never noticed that they're low density. IMO, they should be high density as well as all of your row houses. Can you reup them as HD's?

About corner versions of pubs: as I know, there is no option to create low dencity corner buildings.

Hi! Please don't forget to update your older Ale House and Templet Pub to make them real corner buildings. I would also see Ortodox Church as park fixed. It's one of the few options for Christian churches but alas it's broken.
