Ummm, Adobe Photoshop CS2 (free to use, once downloaded and made account on adobe website) and for the prewiev image 3d coat (its not for free but theres a 30-day trial version)

Yea thats right, there are a lot of colors. But I thought: Why not? It's something different. And Valve accepted a Gun called Neon Rider (and it's full of neon colors too) so maybe I am lucky. :D

Tell you this, if valve does accept this. It'll be my first buy for a five-seven. So many bad skin for the five-seven. This matches my criteria perfectly; Vibrant and Use of many colors! AMAZING!

I think the colours contrast on it too much if you compare it to other guns in the game. I would tone down the foregroud details and make the black base a dark grey, just a bit darker than a stock FS. The detail is good though, nice work.
