@Ryan I'm having the same problem here, HL2 DM is instaled and mounted but there is still missing textures.

There's something here that I don't really understand. Even thought Half-Life 2: Deathmatch in installed and mounted, I still have purple checkers. Example.

Do you mind if I use this for the video called "A Nationwide Secret"? The map will serve as the Thomas E. Dewey Dam in Ogdensburg, New York. The main character, known as 'Nobody', arrives here when he had found his first clue to where the leader of an infantry of mercenaries and contract killers would be. The infantry operates under the name of "Freddy Fazbear Courageux Infanterie" or "Freddy Fazbear's Courageous Infantry" (FFCI). He has a fight with the Quebec division of the FFCI at the dam, and 'Nobody' emerges as the victor of the battle.

well i was glad i could try to help. personly i do not own the map but i do have maps that only need half life 2 deathmatch only for graphics

@Frahd & srrice750 - I've put the content required sign up since the map is using Half-Life 2: Deathmatch as a base for its textures and models. Half-Life 2 does have the same models and textures but I'm just playing it safe for the sake of things so that everything works fine.

If the map works without Half-Life 2: Deathmatch then that's great.

you can still play it but im guessing there would be ALOT of purple textures and errors but if you REALLY wanted you could still play it

By content required, does it mean I have to have deathmatch for the textures? Or can I just download it and use it for fun?
