不具合は解消され、渋滞を起こさなくなったようです。
また、Asset Vehicle Editorを使えば中間車に数種類の車両を入れることが可能になったようです。
20m車でデフォルトホームに入りきる編成長は6両編成だそうです。ぜひ、改良をお待ちしています。

@DeaNoMeaN: As long as the author does not do this, you can just change the number of wagons from 2 to 5 in the asset editor, like I did:

素晴らしい車両を公開して頂き、有難うございます。
両端を先頭車とした編成が組めないという事ですが、今現在「Improved Public Transport」や「Advanced Vehicle Options」というMODにて両側に先頭車を表示することが可能になったのですが、これらのMODの使用を前提とした「先・中・中」のような編成を制作して頂くことは可能でしょうか。
よろしくお願いいたします。
