Keallu's mod does hide district policy icons and you can even set it on the mod's hopbar if you wanted so you can toggle hiding them off and on.
(@ keallu: the Hide it! mod doesn't give me the option to hide these icons)
Hide It!
It can do the same and much more.
How the hell should I know :P
Just go back a page, these comments are so few, and you'll see said "mabako" posted a comment saying how he appreciated me not taking credit for his original work.
Also I no longer play this DLC laden piece of crap (Cities Skylines that is) because this is nothing more than a traffic management simulator AND NOT a city building game :P
But by merely basing a guess on the mods you cited I'm thinking you have too many "Districts" mods installed. To find out if this mod is the culprit simply uninstall this and see if your issue clears out, if it does then there you go. Now regarding if you'd want me to fix the mod then as I said no luck there I'm afraid.
But it seems that it is the reason for that issue:

Had the mod not been working I'd have to remove it from the workshop seeing as I can't mod.
I'll be getting the EP tomorrow as it's already night time here and I'll test it out by then... unless someone who has the EP now can test it out for us.
As for being broken, from my experience using it I could honestly say that it works as intended. Also Windows PC FTW~!
People who often have problems with mods as well as the game itself seem to be mostly MAC and/or Linux users, so sucks to be them I guess LOL
But I really wish you make all of your mods available again.
Good luck with keeping it up to date, I'm not playing Cities: Skylines currently so what good is it to make the mods available if they're just broken?
@kelmenwong: TL;DR version for lazy bums like you:
Basically this mod hides/disables those little annoying policy icons that are shown in each District you create. It even clearly says so on the mods name :P
If you are subbed to a workshop item that an uploader then sets as "Private" you still get to keep that item in your workshop item folder. However you will no longer be able to access the item's Steam Workshop page when you try to look it up.
Doesn't setting the mod as private leave it available for those who subscribed?
Or does it auto remove it from the game? If it removes it, then that's a bad decision IMO on CO's part, auto updating is one thing but auto-removing files is another.
