really micheal? It's pretty much instant for me (even when I subscribe to other people's stuff)

I believe it downloads the workshop items whenever you have steam running so it'll be a lot faster if you leave steam on in the background when you're not using it.

Is there any way to speed up the subscrition! It seems to take a whole week before any items I subscribe to are actually playable.
