I checked it out, its classed as a park so it only snaps to the side of the road, not to the end on the road - which makes it difficult to place. You can't for example, put a row of them together to create a long tunnel.

Its possible to build a bridge over it (but it doesn't snap to the asset). Perhaps if you terraform around it, it might look better (but I didn't have time to try).

looks interesting, but what does it do? I'm assuming it's so that you can have a road sub as a park, but how much happiness does it create? What radius? What about costing and the other details....

Most importantly though, CAN YOU USE IT AS A BRIDGE!?!?!? I MUST KNOW!!!
