Can you release another version of this mod that increases maintenance to 125%? Something a little extra but not jarring?

I don't think so, do the math from net income and net expenses. Not from net profit.

I think this does more than double's the cost.. I had a 38k per week income. After loading the same city up with this mod, turns into a negative 119k loss per week lol :(
