@bullettMAGNET maybe 450-500 entertainment radius, 125-150 entertainment accumulation, 20,000 build cost.
And i think upkeep sould be based on tourism you have on it now $800-1,200. If you remove a lot of the tourist draw (if not all) I'd say $500-$800 upkeep.
Im basing this off of CO's vanilla parks.

@TheFunnyOne1125 one of my first buildings, and stat wise my intention was never to have this one as balanced as the others :P. i could release and extra version with balanced stats. let me know some numbers and test it out. thanks :)

The Stats are a little over powered. Compared to the rest of yoour stuff that is very balanced. Update please???

There are all kinds of LOD issues across the whole workshop but don't feel to bad bulletMAGNETT. This is still a rather moving sculptural park.

BierGrills, yeah thats a LOD problem, the floor mesh seems to deform , ill try some things with the model to find a fix. Thanks for letting me know :)

This looks really gread, if i don't zoom out! But if i do, the textures begin to flicker. I am the only one with this problem? Would be nice if i get some answers^^ ty
