Doesn't seem to work anymore, sadly. Asset doesn't even show up in the content manager, let alone in Find It or anything of the sort. Sad teims

@☆BeckysFootSlave☆ : looks like everything is ok on my side. All the values used by the asset are perfectly standard and I neevr heard of this problem by anyone. Does it happen on a regular basis ? Maybe it's a problem caused by conflicting mods ?

The best growable residential in the workshop. Could you try doing more of this type residentials tony?. A quarter of a milion people would really love that ;)

@Ziggy_Birdman : The building you're talking about if from the standard game, and by day it's one of the nicest they've made (it came for free with one of the updates)... but sadly (and despite what you think) the nightlights on it are terrible (the balconies emit light... whaaaat ?)

What is that building on the far left of the fourth picture ? It's all lit up. Is that a workshop item or is it a standard building that appears already? I'd love to have that one! Anyone know?

@Alan T-Rex99 : The facade behind the balconies on this building is one big polygon textured as if it was a facade. SO the windows are all individual (I made this in case we get a night mode so I can make every window look different in the night).

It would be great if CO made plopping growables possible... or maybe if modders made it. It will certainly come, lots of players love to build with plop.

If you're still using the last official Co release there is a limit on custom buildings growing (4 customs max for lvl5 4x4) this seems to be fixed in the last beta version of the game and will soon be fixed for everyone I think.).

Never Spawns in my city. I only get co buildings. Same case with officies: i have a lot of mods and colossal order buildings very often spawn, mods rarely. Mods are on btw. Anyone?

@Dog Turds : It's a growable, as it is level 5 it won't grow everywhere but only on extremly wealthy (excellent services, parks not very far, not too much traffic) areas. It won't appear in any menu, just grow as other standard buildings of the game.
