@Avder
Hide It

Would love to stop ruining from appearing around every tree, structure, and road placed. It makes no sense and it's just god damn ugly.
MadSynth 19 dic 2016, ore 7:23
@boformer, any updates on this?
longbaugh01 12 giu 2016, ore 2:43
This pops up an error on load now since the latest patch. Worked fine before. Is hyperdrive_engage MIA?
Baleur 7 nov 2015, ore 5:02
Would be awesome boformer, if thats possible.
boformer 2 nov 2015, ore 15:28
@GordonDry I will fix the bug next weekend.
Leo Mystic Magic 1 nov 2015, ore 0:12
GordonDry what mods does the tree replacer break?
GordonDry 5 ott 2015, ore 0:02
Tree replacer needs two loads and that breaks many mods.
This is so silly, the modding API.
Some mods need that you load the save game twice...
Other mods become borked when you load the save game twice...
Baleur 28 set 2015, ore 8:24
Use tree replacer instead, has the same functionality
Blackdragonbird 27 set 2015, ore 15:05
@hiperdrive_engage, Mod stoped working with the expansion. =(

Pleeease tell me you'll be working on a no street dirt and no building dirt mod too. Having my residents' houses with sand lawns is looking pretty gross.
Karl Marx 23 giu 2015, ore 20:07
This mod doesn't always work correctly, sometimes when I load a save the dirt will come back to certain trees. And it doesn't seem to get rid of dirt around existing trees.
White Out 14 mag 2015, ore 20:23
Can you do a mod to remove dirt around streets?
Breeze 8 mag 2015, ore 21:41
Can I apply to user-created trees? I am now making the grass.
Cahos Rahne Veloza 22 apr 2015, ore 17:08
Fantastic~!

And yes for those who says the mod doesn't work, just do what DRen72 suggested, reloading your city a second time will make all the dirt from map trees disappear :D
Torrleite 21 apr 2015, ore 9:37
Look's good!
DRen72 21 apr 2015, ore 0:17
Thanks!
Ok. To verify....it worked once I loaded the game a second time. So it does work!!!!
hyperdrive_engage  [autore] 20 apr 2015, ore 23:58
it *should* just work on load
DRen72 20 apr 2015, ore 23:37
How do you apply the mod on existing trees?
leftbehind 20 apr 2015, ore 17:37
ah, for some reason the upgrade hadn't applied, working now
hyperdrive_engage  [autore] 20 apr 2015, ore 17:15
it's not working for existing trees by default? thought the update a couple days ago fixed that :/
leftbehind 20 apr 2015, ore 17:00
Found a neat way to remove dirt from existing trees - with no tree dirt active, use the terraform mod to smooth land under the existing trees and it removes their dirt.
DRen72 20 apr 2015, ore 16:35
You seem like the guy to ask....any chance you take over the Unlimited Trees mod?
It's no longer available in the workshop and it was essential in my opinion and worked just fine. I'd love to see this type of mod return.
hyperdrive_engage  [autore] 18 apr 2015, ore 20:19
Updated, should now work for existing trees.
Roars 12 apr 2015, ore 10:47
Ok thanks I will try out some stuff and see what happens, thanks for quick reply!
hyperdrive_engage  [autore] 12 apr 2015, ore 10:24
I can pretty much guarantee that this mod is not causing frame rate drop.
Roars 12 apr 2015, ore 9:09
This mod seems t odrop my frame rate by quite a bit, especially when zooming in. Any ideas?
Baleur 10 apr 2015, ore 3:17
Would probably be easier with a mod that lets you paint grass texture when in a savegame. You could just paint the whole forest grassy. Or if it is possible to have it auto-paint when it detects a tree.
Katalepsis 6 apr 2015, ore 9:45
I also would love to know the answer to Rato's question, if you would. Cheers!
hyperdrive_engage  [autore] 3 apr 2015, ore 15:37
@Baleur my recommendation for now is to use Better Bulldozer (https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=417965096) set to remove trees only and Tree Brush (http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406723376) to re-place them. not ideal but it'll work.
Lord Rato 2 apr 2015, ore 21:20
Not until i plop it ingame.
hyperdrive_engage  [autore] 2 apr 2015, ore 19:34
@Lord Rato is the dirt created as you're making it in asset editor, or not until you plop it in-game?
hyperdrive_engage  [autore] 2 apr 2015, ore 18:50
@Robotica it's possible to modify the dirt texture using my terrain texture replacement mod, however the texture is used elsewhere in game - it's the "ruined" texture
hyperdrive_engage  [autore] 2 apr 2015, ore 18:50
@Baleur this would be tricky but probably possible, not sure if I'll get a chance to look into it for a while though
Lord Rato 2 apr 2015, ore 18:41
Hello, uh, i have a mod that adds beach ploppables, happens that when i deploy one of my assets, i get that dirt under it. I am here to ask, please, can you help me getting knowledge on how to do it in my case? Thanks.
Robotica 2 apr 2015, ore 18:35
I like the idea, but I think it would be nice if you could add the ability to keep the dirt but change it's color, kind of like the road color changer mod. If I could make it look like a darker dirt closer to the same tones as the grass I think it might look good.
Baleur 2 apr 2015, ore 7:31
Would it be possible to make a sort of mod that runs a check on the map on load and "repaints" the spot under each tree to normal grass, to get rid of the dirt specks everywhere once and for all?
Baleur 2 apr 2015, ore 3:05
Sadly doesnt affect trees already placed, including all on the map by default.
Baleur 1 apr 2015, ore 7:15
Hooray! :enderacoffee::cute:
