Geat job on the lighting! I have updated mine based on your set-up because it is superior and look more realistic. I have no issue with you sharing your interpretation of the stadium.

I've fixed the texture problem at least in all my testing it does not occur any longer.
I've figured out why the field texture was getting messed up and will be updating very soon. Thanks to all those who have been patient! :D

Wow, You got me and my nefarious plans are ruined I say!
I'll look into it but you might want to put a buffer of other zones and remove residential as sickness from noise pollution can occur.
