@A Plank of Novacaine, agreed I can't stand these as growable either and I usually won't bother subscribing to them. Ploppable is much better.

Needs to be updated to be much smaller. Same model scaled down to 3x3 or 2x3 may be more correct.

Very good model, but the scaling isn't quite right, making the building appear too large. Even the doorway seems to be at least twice the height of any of the cims walking by. If it were scaled down to between 2/3 to 3/4 of it's current size, it would be a keeper.

Having seen this in my new town yesterday, I'd recommend making it a 2x2 or 3x2, as most real-life Subway shops aren't the same size as, say, a grocery store. The long green awning gives the commercial zones another unique point of interest.

Gonna agree with Demon on the too big. Like the KFC before you made it smaller I think the scale it too large. Can't wait to check out your new A and W, saw it on the workshop and it looks really nice.

Looks nice, but you might want to change the sign so as to not stir up any copyright/trademark trouble. Sobway or Subvay or something similar. Notice how Gula's "Starbucks" coffee building is actually "Sherlocks" when you look closely at the model.
