Is there any mod that just prevents scrolling when the mouse leaves the game, but doesn't pause?

That being said, I do wish there was an option to toggle it in-game. But I realize the author has stepped away.

I have never had any problems or issues with this mod.

Invaluable tool for me, thanks for making it.
But when I use it and step away for to long, it crashes my game when I click on game screen.
Anyway else have experienced this and fixed it?

Since I use pause on load I never had a problem with any update of the game!
It works incredible good!

I made it no longer visible because it does not seem to work anymore and i am not going to fix it :/ Forgot to take th elink off from here

What happened to "Pause on Load"?
Link is wrong, Mod isn't in Workshop anymore?
Did you removed it? Does this mod the same as Pause on Load so it's being obsolete?
