Hey, it looks like you used your local version of nightfix prop insted of the workshop version because the loading screen mod reports it as missing.

Mh didnt change that, maybe just random, it should act like an normal Level 4 Residental.

This building is very nice. I haven't gotten it to pop much, I could be wrong, but it seems to pop in less educated neighborhoods. Either way it looks nice and adds a little variety to the mostly rectangular buildings that Vanilla comes with. Thanks!

Are these custom buildings or just modifications of in game buildings?

This a great New York collection. Thanks ! Hope CO implements a way to group assets so I can build New York City next with appropriate buildings. Or even cooler to assign assets to each district.
