Note : Do not use the Fix Value buttons, that causes freezing and crashes the game. Instead run the sim at 3x and then dial up the three counters manually to 90 + for a 4-5 mins ( 50 for slower growth). That should be more than enough for the empty zoned areas to grow and fill up quickly.

I don`t know why mod compatibily checker says that the demand stays at 0.
its NATURAL if the demands for something stays at zero if you abused this mod.

if you made a huge residential area and used this mod to quickly populate it, off COURSE there will be no demand for a long time after you did that! Why would anyone want more houses with theres excess of housing avaiable?
The automatic vannila demand calculation is working fine with this mod.
