it will grow in the zone you're getting the mod for, this building is a commercial building, so it will grow on low density commercial zone

Awesome design. Quick question, sorry if its been answered already. Will a modded building listed as commercial, industrial, etc. Grow and spawn randomly? Or must it be manually placed?

@ItsTheSeanzy I actaully REALLY like that little detail you mention, but unfortunately I cant mess with the articulation/rotation of the tree's placement. The game is coded in a way so that the trees are always facing z-Up, unless I replaced the asset with trees that are naturally at an angle. Its quite a bit of work, but, thank you for the suggestion!

The only flaw is that it doesn't have the X marks the spot Palm Trees (which now exist on the workshop: Robusta Palm Crossed). Otherwise it's perfect.

growable just means that it will populate in to your city naturally when you zone commercial, its not possible to place it down manually. This building coexists with any other vanilla buildings or mods you may have installed, effectively increasing the amount of buildings in that category.

Just to get that "growable" Meaning right.... Does growable always mean that it is possible, that this building is build on e.g. the 3x3 tile among other 3x3 buildings or do growable mod buildings also replace existing Vanilla buildings? The Reason I ask is, that I want to have a bigger variety of buildings, much more buildings, not other buildings but still the same amount

@Gula it looks like custom assets are finally working now! I finally plopped my soccer field! And your burger joint just set up shop amidst the hustle and bustle of my central commercial strip!

@Gula, hehe thanks i played around with it for a while and eventually found the answer. building looks great, and no way I'm on a mac, i bought a new PC just to play this game!

Jisgr8 - all you do is subscribe, restart your game, then you zone low density commercial zones. If you're on Mac, I've heard custom asset mods are currently not supported.

this might sound like a stupid question, but this is my very first download and i can't figure out how? all it says is" subscribe to download" once i subscribe i see no further options? help?

Hey man...i like your work... i was just browsing the workshop and found a palm tree crossed by shroomblaze that is found at most In and Out's... maybe u can add it. would really make it legit.

Nice asset! This has nothing to do with your mod but is there a way to control how many of the same mods populate a grid? I have 4 of these on one street, it just looks weird.

the in n out mod is amazing but i noticed that once its upgrades it goes away. PLZ FIX THE UPGRADE I WANT IN N OUT TO STAY THERE PERMANENTLY.EITHER FIX THE UPGRADE SO IT LOOKS LIKE A SUPER DOPE IN N OUT OR MAKE IN N OUT STAY THERE PERMANENTLY.

I really kinda hate it when this one levels up.
