Hello!
I have downloaded Cs and run the game with new save game to test assets.
Somehow in my old computer i have this asset with palm trees but in this new computer i cant download the palm trees. Asset shows up with regular trees.

I dont know what is the problem hope someone will help about it because i cant find better beach asset

Wow, this is great! This is the best beach park I have seen so far. I still wish that beaches were a proper thing in the game (like increasing land value and all that) but still, a great mod!
