Many thanks, mate. I am using and loving it.

If it's not hard to do so myself, how would I go about moving it to a monument/landmark folder?
fit well in the -Russia/CCCP- all in one Collection:

thank you, Thumbs up
In any case asset will update on next week when I'll home. :)
One question though: this building is placed in a non-existent submenu of the Unique Buildings menu. Could that be why the game struggles with this specific asset?

I'm gonna try your hotfix mod now with this asset :-)
no critics, just a little hint. After todays Update (After Dark DLC) my city wouldnt load anymore. After 2.5 hrs of trying and searching i found the little bugger. Its THIS asset preventing the start, if disabled all goes well - took a bit to narrow it down as i have 500+ assts.
Maybe you could take a short look on it, thx
Obviously I installed this because it is a good looking asset, but perhaps you should consider optimizing the mesh to reduce poly count, and/or use smaller textures.
Any chance on making this monument please? Its a bullfight arena in Lisbon and underneath it has a shopping center.

Ps: Im against bullfighting but the monument looks nice really.
Cheers
