This is REALLY cool, but i feel like you should add some detail to the scope and barrel. theres so many nice awp skins but they didnt add anything to the scope or barrel which adds so much more to the skin. Great job though, hope to see it ingame :)

I've had the same issue with GIFs. giflike (and other web-based gifmakers that you can feed a YouTube video to) allows you to lower the framerate to get the filesize down. If you're doing something simple like just showing layer by layer, you should be able to use a low framerate and not really lose much in the process! :D Hope this helps!
